- Jewellery: Pre-designed jewellery or items set with gold and lab-grown diamonds available for sale on our website or at our stores. All jewellery is sold on an “as is” basis.
- Mounts: Designs that hold one or more diamonds in place, which may or may not include diamonds. Customers can select mounts and diamonds separately to create customised jewellery.
- Loose Diamonds: Individual diamonds that can be purchased without being set in a mount.

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively, “trademarks”) displayed on this website are the registered and unregistered trademarks of AUC KaratKrafter LLP. Our pricing is based on current precious metal and diamond prices to offer you the best possible value. Because these rates fluctuate, our prices change accordingly.

- Pricing may vary slightly between the estimate shown on the website and the actual finished product. Any resulting difference will be collected from or refunded to you at the time of final sale.
Product Information
This website provides access to pricing, product, and related information for diamonds and jewellery, including customised and ready-made pieces for personal use. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photography. We shall not be liable for any claim on this account.

Cancellation & Returns
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Customised orders: making charges are forfeited on cancellation.
- If an order contains two or more items, you may cancel a single item without cancelling the entire order.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed to your bank account. For orders placed with a gift card, refunds are credited back to the gift card.

As a merchant, we shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction where the cardholder has exceeded the limit agreed with our acquiring bank.
