How We Ship

Every order is packed with care and sent out fully insured, so your jewellery is protected from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your hands. We ship across India and to select countries abroad.

Here is how long dispatch usually takes:

  • In-stock pieces: sent out within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Made-to-order pieces: sent out within 15 to 20 working days.

When your parcel arrives, please check the outside for any signs of damage or tampering before you accept or sign for it. If something does not look right, do not take the delivery and reach out to us straight away.

Who Delivers Your Order

After packing, your order travels with our tried and tested delivery partners such as BVC Logistics and SEQUEL Logistics. Both handle fine jewellery regularly and move every parcel securely and under insurance.

Delivery Charges

  • Within India: a standard delivery charge applies to every order, whatever its value.
  • Outside India: charges depend on where the parcel is going and are shown at checkout. Any customs duty or import tax is paid separately by the customer.

Your Packaging

Your piece reaches you in sturdy, tamper-proof packaging every time. Be it a single solitaire or a full jewellery piece, it comes in a signature KaratKrafter box together with its certificate.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email or SMS.
  • You can follow its journey on our website or on the courier’s tracking page.
  • If your parcel seems held up, write to us at saleinfo@karatkrafter.com and we will look into it.

Paying on Delivery

Prefer to pay when your order arrives? With Cash on Delivery, you settle the amount directly with our delivery partner at your door, either by UPI or in cash. For these orders, we take a government-issued ID for verification before dispatch. This simple step keeps high-value parcels safe for everyone.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Orders going abroad may attract customs duty, VAT, or import tax under the rules of the destination country.
  • These charges are not covered by KaratKrafter.
  • Please check your local import rules before you order, as meeting them is the customer’s responsibility.

Parcels That Come Back to Us

Sometimes a parcel returns to us, usually because the address was wrong, the delivery was refused, or customs charges went unpaid. When that happens, a fresh delivery charge applies to send it out again.In these cases we do not give a cash refund. Instead, you receive a gift coupon for the full value of your product, valid for one year and usable on any future purchase.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Some things are simply out of our hands. KaratKrafter cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events like natural disasters, strikes, changes in government rules, or problems on the courier’s side.

If Your Order Is Lost or Damaged

We do everything we can to get your order to you safely, and every shipment carries full insurance.

  • If a parcel goes missing on the way, we open an investigation with the courier to trace it. Once they confirm it is lost, we refund you within 48 hours and then settle the claim with our insurer.
  • If your order turns up damaged, email us at saleinfo@karatkrafter.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged piece. We will review it and arrange either a replacement or a refund, whichever suits.

Every claim is handled quickly and fairly, with our insurance cover behind it.

We may revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any change appears on this page with a fresh update date and takes effect as soon as it is posted, so it is worth checking back now and then.
